1. 100 pilot surveys have been returned.  Daren will summarize and report to HMMH.  Next meeting Daren will report on the HMMH summary and feedback to our questions.

2. Noise Monitoring report
Report passed out.  Raw data at this point.  Noise contours are not yet shown.  Daren to email color picture of the flight path graphic to Jake to put on the Decibel web.

3. Discussion of soft versus hard mitigation measures.  Most members felt that soft measures were requests and hard measures were directives.  There was discussion as to what terms should be used for requests versus directives.

4. Nick suggested that we leave all proposed mitigation measures on the table, to be communicated to HMMH.

5. We need explanations of the terms used in their monitoring report.  Daren to get definitions from HMMH.

6. January 2002, HMMH will return to present recommendations to the public and to Decibel, based on the noise study project.

7. Members need to get more notice on upcoming meetings and meeting changes to ensure good turnout.
